Yoga Physical Education

Yoga Physical Education is a course designed to offer students an alternative to a traditional physical education class. In Yoga PE, students will learn appropriate breathing and movement techniques to complete their daily, instructor lead, physical practice. Participation in this course allows students the opportunity to learn how to connect the body and mind through movement, breath work, and positive thinking.
