Warning About Pranks

From your associate principals: this is your official warning to all students regarding “PRANKS”. Defacing and vandalizing school property can result in disciplinary consequences to include suspension and loss of privileges including attending dances, athletic events, and senior activities. Make good choices and put your energy into bettering yourself. Thank you from Ms. Turner, Mrs. Heimpel and Mr. Flores.

Homecoming Dance Info - TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT

***UPDATE*** TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. DO NOT try to purchase a ticket from another student. You will NOT be admitted to the dance, as your name will not be on our list.

The dance is September 19, 7-10 PM, at Bloom downtown. This venue is open only for private events. The address is on 4th Ave, but the entrance is just around the corner on E. No admittance after 8 PM, and no one may leave prior to 9 PM.

Point Loma High School Schedule Change Policy

During registration and the first week of school schedule changes are made for errors in scheduling and inappropriate level placement only. No requests for a change of instructor will be considered.
Students and parents selected classes in the spring, during articulation, with the clear expectation and understanding that the schedule created is final. Changes will be made if there is either 1) an error in scheduling or 2) an inappropriate level placement. Changing one’s mind about preferred classes does not constitute a scheduling error.
