Scripps College For Women Scholarships Application Due

The Scripps New Generation Scholarship is completely merit based. It provides for four years of full tuition, room, board, three roundtrip airfares home each academic year, and funding for one summer research stipend to be used sometime during a student's time at Scripps. To be eligible, young women must hold a weighted grade point average well over 4.0, and SAT scores in excess of 1400.

 

The James E. Scripps Scholarship is also offered. This is a half-tuition award renewable for four years. All applicants for the New Generation Scholarship are considered for the James E. Scripps Scholarship as well.

 

Also, the Counseling Office has received one fee waiver for Scripps admission. First come, first served.
