These scholarships are available to students interested in participating in the economic development of San Diego. Criteria is as follows:
Applicants must be students that will graduate either in 2006 or in June 2007. Applicant's transcript must reflect a minimum of 2.5 GPA average.
Applicants must reside in San Diego County.
Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
