International House of Blues Foundation (IHOBF) Ambassador Scholarship Application Due

One scholarship is awarded each year in the amount of $10,000 for a four-year program and $5,000 for a two-year program. Funds are disbursed in the amount of $2,500 per year for either two or four years provided that the recipient meets all requirements.

 

Eligiblity criteria:

1. Must be a high school senior graduating from a school in the San Diego Unified School District

2. Minimum GPA of 2.5 or equivalent through the 7th semester

3. Demonstrated interest and achievement in the arts and/or shown leadership in encouraging understanding among people of diverse backgrounds

4. Demonstrated need for financial assistance

5. Accepted to a 2 or 4 year institution of higher learning

 

Scholarship funds must be used for tuition, books, living and/or traveling expenses.
