San Diego Cal-SOAP is very excited to host a special event to assist high school seniors and their parents Jumpstart their Senior Year! This event is free and open to the general public.
This event will be held on September 8, 2007, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Joan Kroc Center, Theatre for Performing Arts, 6845 University Ave., San Diego, CA 92115.
Presenters will include representatives from Community Colleges, Private/ Independent Universities, California State Universities and the University of California will be on hand to answer questions regarding the admission process for their respective initiations of higher education. There will also be a presentation regarding the various forms of financial aid and the financial aid application process. Participants will also have an opportunity to meet the college representatives and collect information regarding various colleges and universities.
This event will provide high school seniors and their parents with the opportunity to obtain information on how to make the most of their senior year while also preparing for the college admission process. This is a free event open to high school seniors and their parents. There is limited space available, and to guarantee admission you must pre-register.
