PLHS Volleyball Spring and Preseason Strength and Conditioning
We welcome all PLHS mens' and womens' volleyball participants to train 1 hour a day 3 days a week to get ready for the volleyball season.
Workouts focus on fast twitch muscles, speed and agility, jumping, olympic weight lifting all the element to increase volleyball preformance.
Great way to stay in shape and reduce injuries.
